Earn Points for Each Purchase!


Vitaherbs Rewards program launched in March 2022 to reward our customers for their support and loyalty.

Points can be redeemed for coupons to be used on all products in the Vitaherbs Store.

To participate in the Vitaherbs rewards program, please create an account or login to your existing account.






Ways to Earn Points

Earn 100 points for creating an account.
Earn 5 points for every £1 spent in the Viaherbs store.
Earn 50 points for following Vitaherbs on Instagram.
Earn 50 points for liking the Vitaherbs Facebook page.
Earn 100 points as a birthday gift from us.

How to Earn Points Immediately

Once you're logged into your account, inside the Vitaherbs Rewards popup click on the "Ways to earn" section and get started!

You will begin to earn points for every purchase when the program was created.







Note: if you do not remember your account password, click forgot password to reset your password on the login page.

Use the last email address that you placed an order. This will be the same email address that you currently receive Vitaherbs emails.

If you get an error message saying email cannot be found that means an account hasn't been created with that email address.

Please create a Vitaherbs Shop account.


Redeeming Rewards

Once you have enough points to redeem, ( 200 points ) click on the Redeem button.

From here, you can adjust the points up or down which will adjust the discount coupon value.

This code can be used during the checkout process.

The reward discount code cannot be used with other discount codes.

Referrals

When you are logged into your account you will find the referral link at the bottom of the Vitaherbs Rewards popup box.

Earn £1 off coupon for each friend you refer to the Vitaherbs Shop and when that friend places an order of £10 or more.

Share link to give your friends reward £1 off coupon.





FAQ's

Will my previous purchases be eligible for points?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, all purchases made from the date and time the rewards program was installed on the Viatherbs Shop will be eligible.

Why does the reward discount not work with the coupon code?

The reward discount is considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one coupon code during checkout.

Am I able to use 2 reward codes on a single purchase?

No. All of the rewards (referral and points redeemed for a reward) are considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one reward code during checkout.

What do I do if I forgot to use my reward on my purchase?

At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code has not been redeemed at the time of purchase.

Can I add the rewards points from another person's purchase onto my account?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot merge rewards accounts or add points from other purchases to another rewards account.

Where do I add my birthday?

Login to your Vitaherbs Shop account.

Click on the Ways to earn section in the Vitaherbs Rewards popup box.
Click the Edit Date button next to "Happy Birthday."
Enter the date.
Now wait for your happy birthday gift from us on your birthday!

Why are my birthday points not showing up in my account?

Your birthday points are added on your birthday as a gift from us.

It must be added 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued.
