Serotiva 5-HTP is made from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a plant native to West Africa and known as a natural botanical source of 5-HTP. Each tablet contains 20mg of a 10:1 griffonia seed extract — equivalent to 200mg of griffonia seeds.

Serving size: 1 tablet

Recommended intake: Take 1-2 tablets daily with water, do not exceed the stated dose.
