Shipping policy
All orders are sent by Royal Mail. The cut-off time is 3 pm. If you place your order after 3 pm the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 3 pm on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
DELIVERY TIME
Vitaherbs.co.uk does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines, please order well in advance. You can upgrade to First class postage if an item is needed urgently.
Our standard delivery has an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days and is delivered between 8am - 6pm (excludes Bank Holidays) in the UK only. The majority of our mail is delivered within this time frame, but it is not uncommon (and unfortunately out of control) for items to be delivered outside of this, so please bear this in mind to avoid any disappointment. All items are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class Standard unless otherwise indicated.

Our packaging has been designed to easily fit through your letterbox, so you never need to worry about missing the postman again.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Please note we do our best to provide you with quick and efficient service, but sometimes delays can occur.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date, please be patient and give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.
You've given it a few days, and the situation remains so follow these steps:
1 - Check the delivery address of the order. You can do this by clicking "MY ACCOUNT", then navigating to your order and hitting "view order details".
2 - Check that you have not been left a red card from the mail through your letterbox stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
3 - Email us, and we will do our best to solve the situation.
